2009 Q Open
The Poster and Entry Form for the 2009 Championship is now available.
Scottvale Park Rockhampton will host the event.
The Championship will see the introduction of the PAR 11 Scoring system which was successfully trialed in Queensland at the Australian Closed in July.
As an incentive to large families we have introduced a Family Rate of $100. So the savings kick in with 3 or more members of the family playing.
The Open event will not be PSA or WISPA registered. The prizemoney breakup isn't encouraging to players.
AUD 1,000 is guaranteed to both winners of the Open providing a field of 16 players compete.
A special draw will be conducted for all players who participated in 2007 and 2008 and enter the 2009 event. The prize will have a minimum value of $200 and include a $100 Petrol Voucher.
I encourage you to enter this event regardless of your standard. We have a grade to suit all standards, you are guaranteed 3 matches and the Scottvale Park Centre boasts wonderful facilities.
